Nail Bar and Lashes Policies

Please note that first time clients may be required to fill our a new client form and/or service waiver. This waiver is put in place to protect our staff and clients.

 

appointment cancellation policy

Being a small business with appropriate paid staffing, we require a credit card to hold all appointments. This card will only be charged upon the completion of service or in the instance of late cancellation less than 48 hours, late arrivals or no-show occurrences.

reservations are recommended well in advance so that your desired times can be reserved.

we require a 48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled service in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 20% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Nail bar and lashes.

if you have booked your appointment less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment there will be a 50% charge if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.

please note: cancellations can only be made through online booking, or calling the shop. we do not accept cancellations by email.

 

late arrivals

if you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the shop and let us know. we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next client's service at their scheduled time. If you are running late, please call us immediately so we can advise your options.

 

no shows

if you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the shop to cancel, you will be subject to the full amount of the services reserved. you will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. please not that to cancel your appointments during open house, we do require a phone call in order to cancel your appointment.

clients who no show on more than once occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.

 

services

we have a no refund policy on services completed. we offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.

 

Groups

4+ or more people we require a 50% deposit at time of booking. We will take a credit card number of the group coordinator, and if there are any cancellations less than 24 hours, no shows, you will be charged the full price for those services.



Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash. NO checks. We request and appreciate cash gratuity.
